Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Tole; I am a current Intern student at Tarleton State University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I am thrilled at the opportunity to be a part of the counseling team here at Compassion Counseling. My journey into counseling has been driven by a deep-seated passion for supporting individuals through life’s transitions and challenges. This includes couples & marriage, children, big moves, education, occupations, etc.
I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other obstacles they may encounter along their journey. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for people to explore, grow, and thrive. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
With my background in special education and being able to work first hand with children of all ages, I also have had the opportunity to work with these children’s parents and I recognize how difficult it can be to feel like it’s you against the world. This has sparked my interest in working directly with parents of children with disabilities. I am passionate about working with parents to help navigate the challenges that might arise.
I am truly honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they embark on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Together, we can navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories, one step at a time.
