My name is Erin West, and I am excited to begin seeing clients in January 2026 as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate!
As a counselor, I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships. It is both an honor and a privilege to sit with people in their most vulnerable places without judgment. I am not entitled to anyone’s story, and I approach each session with deep respect, striving to create a space of safety, compassion, and curiosity where clients feel empowered to let me in.
I enjoy working with kids (12+), teens, and adults, and I have experience supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I am passionate about helping people feel grounded and at home in their own bodies while reshaping their relationship with themselves. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based therapies..
I also have experience integrating Christian faith into the counseling process for clients who desire it, while wholeheartedly welcoming and working with individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life.
Outside of the counseling room, I love to cook, bake, read fiction, and spend time outdoors.
